Friendly, Aslacton 5 Danepak 4: Aslacton had an impressive win against a side who finished third in the Thetford League last season.
They took the lead with a goal by Daryl Woodrow and Danepak scored twice to lead at half-time.

In the second half, Aslacton drew level through Jamie Scales.

The home side took the lead when Woodrow converted a penalty. Danepak levelled things with a well-taken goal.

The Magpies regained the lead again when Stephen Blunt played a superb through ball for Sean Moss to run on to and smash into the roof of the net.

Danepak scored an excellent equaliser but Aslacton got the win when Blunt volleyed in from the edge of the area.
