Following their success at the Royal Norfolk Show, the Bunwell-based Tas Valley Riding Club held their second show jumping event last Sunday at Horse Shoe Farm, near Dereham.
Despite some heavy rain showers in the afternoon, the spirit was high and the standard of competition was superb, with all classes having exciting jump-offs.
Club chairman Sue Vincent was delighted with the entries being up, in all classes, compared to their first event last month.
Vincent said: "Our policy to offer a friendly, helpful and fun experience to all that come along, is proving to be a hit with the competitors and spectators, as a further 19 new members signed up to join on the day.
"The committee, family and friends worked extremely hard to provide a wonderful day, with the loading, transportation and building of the entire course of BSJA jumps used at the venue."
Vincent thanked the Fox and Hounds Riding Club, who have helped get Tas Valley up and running, for their provision of radios, timing and P.A. equipment, which were essential to stage the event.
