The Little Ouse Headwaters Project is a local conservation group that has attained much regional and national recognition for its work.

The project was founded 12 years ago to conserve and improve the Little Ouse River and valley for wildlife and the enjoyment of the general public.

The LOHP is run entirely by volunteers and continues to be a self funded charity, however continued success depends on the valuable input of volunteers and at the moment we urgently need a volunteer to assume the role of our Honorary Treasurer.

The treasurer would become a trustee and member of the management team and apart from overseeing financial affairs would have the opportunity of furthering an interest in wildlife by working with a number of professional scientists.

We have a fully computerised accounting system which is in excellent shape and would of course arrange for a detailed explanation of what is entailed. Fulfilling such a role would be an ideal opportunity to contribute to our local environment and leave a legacy for generations to come, as well as immediate personal satisfaction and interest in a fascinating project.

If there is anyone who feels they can help, please contact me at Oxfootstone House, Brick Kiln Lane, South Lopham, Diss, IP22 2JS
