Supermarket exit plan could ease Diss congestion
A second exit from Morrisons into Park Road Diss is being explored to ease congestion.
Diss town council's highways committee chairman Simon Olander has spoken to Morrisons about whether the road, which runs off the supermarket's roundabout to Park Road.
But the scheme faces many obstacles, with the details of South Norfolk Council's plans to develop land south of Park Road not yet revealed and the expected high cost of bringing the road up to highway standard.
Norfolk County Council's highways department would also need approve the change.
