Police warn north Suffolk residents to be vigilant after four burglaries on same day

Police are urging north Suffolk residents to be vigilant after four burglaries took place last Friday.

At some time between 10.30am and 4.30pm entry was gained to a home in The Street in Brockford by damaging a window.

A full list of the property stolen during the burglary is yet to be compiled.

Jewellery was also stolen from a home at School Road in Old Newton, near Gipping, after the property was broken into between 2.45pm and 9.45pm.

Also on the same day, in nearby Haughley Green, a property was broken into between 9.30am and 8.15pm, and a second property at Harvest Close, Haughley targeted between 5pm and 8pm. Items of jewellery including four distinctive silver charms with gem stones and a silver links chain with a cross were stolen.
