Marmalade lovers will be able to get their fix tomorrow in Thorndon with the return of a mini marmalade festival following a three-year-hiatus.
The event will run at the village’s All Saints Church and Thorndon Primary School, from 10am to 4pm.
The public have been encouraged to submit their own marmalade for judging on the day, with 40 set to be put through their paces, while 100 pots of marmalade will be up for sale.
As well as marmalade tasting, there will be high-quality stalls, children’s games and activities, refreshments and a raffle.
Entry and car parking on the day is free, with funds raised contributing to the school and the church.
Rosemary Jones, event organiser, said it had returned to meet the needs of fund raising.
