The word ‘heritage’ in the dictionary means something inherited, suggesting old or original.

Would it not be sensible then for the first step in developing the ‘new’ triangle to rename the longest side by its original and proper name, Pump Hill. After all, the site of the pump is still there for all to see.

When the name was changed to Market Hill I don’t know, as I was living overseas at the time.

But I remember it well, as I biked to school every morning.

So please could we take the first step in creating out Heritage Triangle by calling Pump Hill - Pump Hill.
