More than 500 people rolled back the years with the Military Vehicle and Living History event at the 100th Bomb Group Memorial Museum in Dickleburgh on Saturday.

Some visitors attended in 1940s dress at the event, which saw a number of military vehicles on display, and featured also flyovers from aircraft and exhibits. Joe Ulrice, a B17 gunner who served at Thorpe Abbotts during the Second World War, was also in attendance. The following morning a service was held, followed by a convoy of military vehicles to Hardwick.
