The Diss Express area will face heavy rain and gale force winds of 53mph today.
The storm, which is predicted to wreak havoc to parts of south and south west England, is expected to hit the Diss area at about noon.
Heavy rain will continue until about 6pm, with winds at their strongest at about 3pm.
Some roads are expected to be disrupted by flooding.
Suffolk Police have warned drivers to take care on the roads.
A spokesman said: “Motorists are advised to allow extra time for their journeys, reduce their speed, leave greater distances between themselves and the vehicle in front and consider the likelihood that there will be standing water and floods on the roads.”
