Visitors flocked to the Corn Exchange in Harleston at the weekend to see the grand opening of the vintage shopping centre.
The building, which has stood empty for more than seven years, has been given a new lease of life by David Charles and Glen Philpott who have turned it into an antique centre with shops and vintage tea rooms. Mr Charles said: “It was really well received. Lots of people were really complimentary and said they were pleased so see it reopened. We’ve had lots of enquiries about cabinet and floor space so it is filling up nicely.” The centre will be open daily from 10am to 5pm and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
