Village hall plan approved for Gissing
Gissing, Norfolk. Parish Coucillor Dr Jim Philip who's served on Gissing Parish council for 40 years
An application to demolish Gissing Village Hall and replace it with a home has been approved by South Norfolk Council.
The application was submitted on behalf of Gissing Parish Council by chairman Jim Philip.
He said they have no plans to demolish the hall at present, but that they wanted to find out the market value of the land, which could help them in their bid to buy Gissing village green.
