World Book Day on March 7 has prompted a host of literary events in schools across the Diss Express area.

At Stradbroke Primary School, children’s author and storyteller Paul Jackson (pictured) visited today to help pupils create a whole school story.

The children are also planning to dress up as their favourite book characters on Thursday when they will find out about famous authors, and on Friday are due to enjoy a special Roald Dahl meal.
