Framlingham College pupils have been casting an eye to their future careers after an evening of legal expertise with 11 distinguished professionals.

A variety of successful lawyers, including solicitors in tax and family law, criminal barristers and even a Circuit Judge, told pupils about their working days and the paths their own careers have followed, as well as giving advice to the young people considering a legal career.

The event followed a ‘speed-mentoring’ format, with each professional talking to pupils for four minutes.

A spokesperson for the college said: “Pupils seemed to enjoy the opportunity to hear from people who are very successful in their careers and who clearly enjoy their different legal fields, and there was a good buzz of lively conversation over the course of the hour.”
