Women aged between 18 and 25 are being offered a fitness boost with six-week gym classes starting in leisure centres across Breckland for just £10.

The courses planned for the leisure centre in Attleborough, as well as the centres in Thetford, Dereham, and Swaffham, start in February and are subsidised by Sport England’s £56m Sportivate project, designed to deliver a lasting legacy from Britain’s hosting of the 2012 Olympics. The first courses start at Thetford and Swaffham on Monday , followed by Dereham on Tuesday and Attleborough on Friday, February 7.

To book, contact your leisure centre reception.
