Firefighters called to car fire following two-vehicle crash in south Norfolk
Firefighters were called to extinguish a car fire and rescue a man following a two-car collision in Tibenham yesterday.
Crews from Attleborough and Diss manually assisted the man and used hose reel jets to put out the fire, in Long Row at about 6pm.
Paramedics treated a young man for a broken ankle and lacerations to his knee and an elderly couple for minor injuries.
All three were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
Police assisted firefighters in making the scene safe.
