It was a fairytale ending to a special project at Attleborough Infant School when Cinderella visited today to officially open the school’s new outdoor learning facility.
Instead of going to the ball, Ruth Betteridge, who is playing Cinderella in Norwich Theatre Royal’s pantomime, inspected the reception year’s new open air learning environment. It includes a climbing frame, sandpits, a teepee, playhouse and a mud kitchen, all aimed at improving development in music, sports and creative arts.
Headteacher Lucy Wayman said lots of the children had been to the pantomime and were very excited at getting the chance to meet a princess. The panto runs until Sunday.
