Diss holiday firm not affected by parent group closure and job loss announcement
Anglia Co-operative has said it is business as usual for its holiday branch in Diss in the wake of its parent group announcing closures and job losses.
Thomas Cook has said that 2,500 jobs and 195 branches could be lost in a reshaping of the business.
But Anglia Co-operative has issued a statement stating that this news does not affect businesses trading as Co-operative Travel and owned by Anglia Co-operative - such as the one in Market Place, Diss.
