A local dance school was recently given the chance to meet one of the UK’s most popular dance groups during a visit to their Essex studios.
Pupils from L.K.’s School of Dance in Diss spent three hours with dance group Diversity during which they were given a tour of the studios and shown all of the group’s stage and TV costumes.
The 44 pupils then attended a dance workshop before spending time with Diversity, during which they chatted and took photos.
Lynne Bailey, Principal of the dance school, said: “All the Diversity team were amazing. They spent quality time with the children and were genuinely intent on making the day as memorable as possible. We even chatted to members of Diversity’s parents, who were also there.”
The school, open to boys and girls aged three and above, also carries out regular trips to Pineapple Dance Studios and performed at the O2 arena earlier this year.
