Diss-based rock band Walkway, who are on the verge of breaking into the big time, may be working hard to get their name known but still have time to think about local good causes.
Their sell-out gig at Diss Cue Club before Christmas, which launched their first full album Top Shelf Content, raised £200 for Macmillan Cancer Support and £150 for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices.
Band manager Michael Ready said Walkway had been overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone who attended the gig.
