Councillors vote against adopting open space

Harleston town councillors have voted not to adopt any of the open space which will be developed along with 120 homes in Mendham Lane.

The council was asked if it would adopt some of the land by the developer, however having previously raised concerns about who would be responsible for the land when the application was submitted, councillors said they would rather see a management company take responsibilty.
