A special concert organised to remember a well-known Roydon man raised more than £1,700 for the Pancreatic Cancer Action charity on Friday, May 30.

Around 125 people turned out for the ‘Concert in Memory’ at St. Nicholas’ Church in North Lopham, for classical performances led by internationally-renowned pianist Ryan Lewis, an ex-student at Diss High School.

The event was in honour of Mr Lewis’ father Clive, a former coach at East Harling FC who sadly passed away from pancreatic cancer late last year, aged 60.
