The decision over a solar farm in South Lopham has been deferred.
Breckland Council’s planning committee was set to decide the fate of the 47-acre plans, submitted by AVIC-PCI Ltd, this morning.
But due to an appeal court decision last week, it will now be decided at a later date, to be confirmed.
A Breckland Council spokesperson told the Diss Express: “The planning application has been deferred after an appeal court decision late last week which both the applicant and the council have to consider in detail.
“The application has not got a fixed date when it will be heard but we will let people know when the date is in the diary.”
