Bollard plan for Market Place

Harleston Town Council is looking into the idea of introducing pop-up bollards or barriers to prevent drivers from parking their vehicles during the restricted parking hours in the Market Place on market day.

The idea was discussed at a meeting of the council on Wednesday evening.
