The annual art show which raises money for the maintenance of Eye church will be held this weekend.
Held at St Peter and St Paul’s Church for the 30th year, there will be 115 artists from all over East Anglia and beyond who have contributed 500 paintings for sale. Skill levels range from the talented amateur to the experienced professionals like Reg Siger and Mike Webb.
Each artist gets the opportunity to present five framed examples of their work, but many take the opportunity to sell extra unframed pictures, with subject matters including local vistas, animals and boats.
Prices range from £10 to £500 and everyone is welcome to browse, have a cuppa and enter the raffle.
The show opens today from 10am to 8pm, and will be open throughout the weekend from 10am to 7pm, opening at noon on Sunday after the morning service.
And on Sunday afternoon, there will also be a painting demonstration by Peter Knights.
