A man from Wetheringsett died a day after his car crashed on the A140, a coroner had said.

Paul Moody, 32, had been driving at Brockford when the single vehicle accident happened on November 5.

Today (Monday) at Bury St Edmunds an inquest into the death of Mr Moody, of Hockey Hill, Wetheringsett, was opened.

Assistant Suffolk Coroner Dr Daniel Sharpstone said that Mr Moody, who had suffered a cardiac arrest, was airlifted to Addenbrooke’s Hospital at Cambridge and placed on a life support system.

Mr Moody died during the early hours of the following day.
