All things American will be celebrated at the Red Feather Club in Horham next month with their second Americana Day.
The free event, which includes admission to the museum commemorating the 95th Bomb Group, will offer living history groups from a range of periods, militaria, fashion and automotive trade stalls and classic American cars, hot rods and military vehicles on display. It will run from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, July 5.
There will also be live music and a DJ Jamboree featuring Three bits of Rhythm, The Baker Boy, Big Boy Boogie, Andy AV8 and guests, as well as American style food and refreshments on offer.
The Red Feather Club is open on the last Sunday of every month from May to October and often on Saturdays, usually when the flag is flying. During the year there are a number of other events including 40s dances, quizzes and film shows.
