The Harleston Jobs Club is seeking budding filmmakers to aid in a new documentary-style project about the town.
The Filmability project, organised jointly with the Workers’ Educational Association (WEA), will produce a film about Harleston, with volunteers pitching in with research, script writing, filming and editing.
Lucy Marjoram, the Co-ordinator for Harleston Jobs Club, said: “We are very excited to be holding the project in Harleston.
“It is a great way for people to work as part of a team to gain skills such as organising, time management, budgeting, research and writing. It’s something totally new and different that hasn’t been done before in Harleston.”
