An established estate agent is hoping a move down the road in Long Stratton will help their business after a successful change-of-use planning application.
South Norfolk Council planners have allowed Howards to change Bridle Cottage, in The Street, from a hair salon to an estate agents.
The business currently has an office in The Street.
But in correspondence to the authority, a spokesperson for the estate agents said it would enable them to “move to a more prominent position in the village.”
Founded in 1962, Howards has a number of offices across Norfolk and Suffolk, including Norwich, Porlingland, Lowestoft and Gorleston.
