Angles Way aims to help businesses

Local businesses gathered at the Park Hotel, Diss, on Thursday to find out how a scheme to promote the 93-mile-long Angles Way Trail can also help them.

The route stretches along the Waveney Valley from Great Yarmouth to Thetford.

Funded by the Rural Development Programme for England, the project aims to encourage more visitors to the area with improved access and signage, an interactive website where walkers can plant their itinerary, walks, festivals, trails, and business support and advice on tourism promotion.
