Dickleburgh Primary School is set to improve its facilities following a green light for a single-storey extension.

The plans for the Harvey Lane-based school were approved by South Norfolk Council, subject to conditions.

Headteacher James Richards said last month it would enable the school to change to one year group per class.

It follows more positive news for the village reported in the Diss Express last week, after Dickleburgh Pre-School was rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted.
