A fitness business in Diss has put its gym and adjoining facilities up for sale after over a decade at the location, as the owners look to expand other business and life ventures.

Fit Club Diss, founded in 2002 and run to this day by sibling partnership Anouska Stott and Roscoe Hipperson, is selling its current building in the Diss Business Park in Hopper Way, so that it may devote its complete attention to a second, newer facility in Wymondham.

Co-owner Mrs Stott, a trainer specialising in injury rehabilitation and a player for the Harleston Magpies hockey club, said: “It is not easy running two fitness clubs, being tutors, sports players and being parents so something has to give. The sale will free up more time to spend with family and pursue our new dream of running a successful training academy.

“We have thoroughly enjoyed running the club and have made many friends within the community.

“The last 11 years have given us a wealth of experience in the industry and we now feel we are well equipped to pass on this knowledge to others who want to achieve what we have.”

The facility, currently serving as the only privately-owned dedicated fitness centre in Diss, is up for sale with estate agents TW Gaze. For more information, call them on 01379 641341.
