East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) are urging athletes of all abilities to take part in the world's largest triathlon.
The charity, which provides care and support for life-threatened children and their families, has a number of places for the London Triathlon 2010.

The triathlon, which takes place at the ExCel Centre in London on August 7 and 8, is the largest event of its kind with 13,000 participants swimming, cycling and running.

EACH can provide fundraising advice and training tips. For more information call Mark Fox, 01473 276117, or email mark.fox@each.org.uk
