The funeral for Ron Hunt is taking place on Thursday, January 24, at Bury St Edmunds Crematorium, 9.45am, for a family service but anyone who turns up here will not be turned away.
This will be followed by a celebration of Ron's life at St Mary's Church, Yaxley, Eye, Suffolk at 1pm.

Ron's grandson Robert Hunt said: "Everybody and then some are welcome to join us to give him a fantastic send off and any cycling friends and colleagues are more than welcome if they see fit to arrive by bike in cycling gear!"

Donations can be made to the Stroke Association or to Diss and District Rotary Club, because a request has been made for family flowers only. They can be sent c/o Susan Whymark Funeral Service, The Old Stables, Chestnut Farm, Langton Green, Eye, Suffolk, IP23 7HL.

Any enquiries can be made to funeral director Susan Whymark, 01379 871168.
