Homes in south Norfolk suffered power cuts on Tuesday morning.
Power went off at 16 homes in Cake Street, Old Buckenham at 8.54am and was restored by EDF Energy engineers at 1.59pm.
An EDF spokesman said it was caused by a fault on the overhead electricity network and staff carried out repairs.
EDF apologised for any inconvenience caused.
