From spectacular giant rhubarb in the bog garden to seasonal shrubs and blossoms, visitors were treated to a visual treat at Palgrave's open gardens.
More than 200 people wandered through 21 gardens on Saturday to marvel at the effort of green-fingered enthusiasts.
More than £1,200 was raised, which will go towards the redecoration of the community centre hall.
Chris Shillinglaw, who helped run the event, said: “Lots of people have said we should do this every year. It was a standard that is going to be hard to beat. There were 21 beautiful, quintessential gardens – they had everything you could think of.”
He added that the community centre is badly in need of redecoration and the funds will be welcomed.
