Harleston Young Farmer Helen Reeve is the first recipient of a £3,000 award, which she will spend on a herd of pedigree cattle.
Helen Reeve, club secretary and county vice-chairman, picked up the Chris Lewis Award for her work with livestock.

She started her Waveney Herd of Dexter cattle for beef production when she was just 14 and will use her winnings to buy handling equipment, gates, fencing and more stock.

“It was brilliant to win the award,” she said.

“I was up against some really strong competition.”

Miss Reeve has been at the Norfolk Show this week with some of her Waveney Herd.
