A helicopter was used in a police incident in Diss on Monday afternoon.
A man was handcuffed after police activity near the Tesco store in Victoria Road.

A Norfolk Police spokesman later said he had been released without charge and that the police had been responding to concerns raised by a member of the public.

"We investigated and made an initial arrest but as there was no criminal offence no further action is being taken," she said.

Four police cars and police dogs were in the car park of the supermarket at about 2pm.

A Tesco spokesman said: "The police were not called by the store, it was not a store incident."
