First swine flu case confirmed

The first case of swine flu in south Norfolk was confirmed this week.
Dr John Battersby, NHS Norfolk's director of public health, said the patient had been tested and confirmed as having the H1N1 swine flu virus.

He added they were being treated at home with anti-viral drugs and was responding to treatment.
