Next week, May 18 to 25, is National Epilepsy Week which aims to bring greater public awareness to the condition.
Local Epilepsy Action accredited volunteer Kath Lister, based in Harleston, will be on hand to help advise newly-diagnosed sufferers in south Norfolk.

She is involved with an Out In The Open walk at Whitlingham Broad, near Norwich, which will help raise awareness and funds, and her daughter, Julia, who suffers with epilepsy, is planning to do a sponsored swim on June 14, to raise funds for Epilepsy Action’s Norwich Branch and Harleston Information Plus, where she works as a volunteer.

For more details call Mrs Lister, 01379 854334.
