A Diss nursery held a balloon race in aid of Children in Need.
Staff, parents and children at Safe Hands Day Nursery also celebrated the opening of a new garden by releasing 200 coloured balloons to brighten up the skies last Friday.

The nursery continued to raise money for the charity all week.

  • Three Pulham Market girls sported their pyjamas for a sponsored walk for Children in Need on Saturday.


  • Shannon Brett, 13, Chelsie Gowers, 13, and Rachel Gowers, 11, walked from the village to Harleston and back and collected money in buckets from businesses in the town.

    The girls thanked the business owners and drivers for being patient during their walk which has so far raised £359.
