Police are investigating a burglary at a house in Little Stonham last week.

A door was forced open at the Norwich Road home last Wednesday between 5.50pm and 5.55pm, but the thieves fled after an alarm went off.

A white man in his late 20s, around 5'5" tall, of slim build with short dark hair and wearing a light coloured T-shirt and darker trousers - possibly tracksuit bottoms - was seen leaving the area in a white Transit van.

Officers would like to speak to him in connection with the incident.

If you have any information about the burglary, call Pc Bill Ormsby at Stowmarket Police, 01473 613500 or Crimestoppers, 0800 555 111.
