I am against any outward additions and extensions to the outside of what is a magnificent historical period building (What do you want to see at Corn Hall).
Firstly, acoustics need to be tackled. There used to be concerts and plays held there, so what happened to the accoustics?

The monthly film show is not very well attended. Why?

Perhaps not enough is known about the film to be shown?

Good ideas need firm foundations. Whimsical ideas should be discarded or put on a back-burner for future thought. Think of the snail – make haste slowly.

At least the building is used and has not been left to decay and fall to pieces or pulled down to make flats.
