Local soul band The Planks will be returning to the Lophams Village Hall for a charity gig on Saturday, July 11, after a 20-year gap.
The band played one of its first gigs at the hall for an ITV Telethon in 1989.

The gig will be a fundraiser for Lopham School where bass guitarist Joe Bernard’s daughter, Lucy, is a pupil.

The evening will include a barbecue supper and a real ale bar.

Tickets are available from North Lopham School office or by phone, 01379 688284.
