Audiences looking for a stomping good time should hot foot it to the Ipswich Regent to see the fabulous Footloose The Musical.
Set in small-town Bomont, the musical tells the story of Ren, a city boy who breaks every taboo to bring dancing back to the heart of a town which has been held back by the memory of a tragedy.
The show is based on the 1980s film which launched the careers of Kevin Bacon, Sarah Jessica Parker and Jon Lithgow and has grown to become a stage phenomenon.
Songs such as Holding out for a Hero, Almost Paradise, Let’s Hear it for the Boy and Footloose are just some of the musical treats on offer.
Footloose The Musical runs September 15-20 and tickets are £4.50-£28. For more information, call 01473 433100.
