School says thanks for 20 years loyal service

STAFF and pupils at a village primary school have said their fond farewells to a “loyal and dedicated” teaching assistant.

Heather Morris has worked at Worlingworth Primary School for 20 years, helping, supporting and guiding hundreds of pupils and has got to know nearly every family.

She retired last Friday, with a tea party organised as a big send off from staff and pupils at the school.

A spokesman for the school said: “It will be sad to say goodbye to such a loyal and dedicated teaching assistant, who over the years has had such an impact on so many pupils.”
