Care home plan submitted for Diss

An application to build a £6 million, 60-bedroom care home in Diss has been submitted to South Norfolk Council following a public consultation.

Submitted by Castleoak Care Developments, the two-storey care home, which will create 80 jobs, would be built at the former Cartco Transport Depot on Victoria Road at the Sawmills Road junction.

To comment on the application visit the district council website using the reference number 2013/0385.
