Possibly Cambridge's best-known band since Pink Floyd set the controls for the heart of the charts, the Broken Family Band continue to move away from the Americana sound which they were once renowned for.
Forging their own identity has paid dividends, as the sound of the US Midwest often felt at odds with singer Steve Adams' lyrics.
